Caliber Collision

I highly recommend Caliber Collision. Robert was incredibly kind, respectful, honest, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. His follow-up communication was excellent, and when I picked up my car, he took the time to walk me through everything that had been repaired and clearly explained why each repair was necessary. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and professionalism. This was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

UPDATE: A few days after picking up my vehicle, I noticed the rear hatch would not open from the button on the driver's side door or from the handle itself. Also, the backseat window would not operate. I took it back to Caliber and they looked it over and said that wasn't something they would have messed with. They suggested I take it to the Honda dealer to see what the problem was. I did so and after 6 hours of trying to locate the problem, they found a connector that had not been reconnected in the rear quarter panel where the body work was done. I went back to Caliber to get them to pay the dealer's repair bill and they said they would have to submit it to corporate which would take two weeks. It has been over two weeks and still no reply from Caliber. I am very disappointed in the lac

I went to Caliber after my bumper and tail light had been damaged. Robert was extremely helpful and clear right away about how they would go about fixing the car and what areas were related to the incident. They got me set up quickly, and Robert provided exceptional service throughout the time they had my car. He checked in and even searched for a part on the weekend that would have saved me money. They made my bumper look like new, and on my way out gave me two extra tail light bulbs. I was very grateful for the amazing service and kindness they provided.

I had the best experience here!! I was so worried about my car because I damaged it and another body shop wanted to charge me over 1k but when I came here I had the best experience ever. Oscar was the most helpful guy ever as well as Jose!! They helped me super quickly and fixed my car within 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place!!!

Good morning. I had some some front end work done at this location about a month or so ago. I dealt with Cynthia and so grateful for her ability to accommodate, listen, support, and advise me on how I could address my vehicle concerns, add an affordable price/out-of-pocket. I would like to give her 10 stars, but only five are available. Another mention from my perspective is how wonderful it is to see a female in this type of position and cannot relay enough appreciation for her knowledge and expertise. Thank you, you rock! I returned after being rear ended, and once again had great work done on my car. Phenomenal!
