Caliber Collision

My car was hit, I chose Caliber for the work and I’m glad I did. Everyone was nice and my Nissan is back to what it was. So happy 10/10

I almost dont want to leave a positive review because I want to keep this place as my hidden secret! But that wouldn't be fair to them. So- Caliber Collision treated us with top notch respect throughout the entire process. From day 1 walking in to a week and a half later (SUPER QUICK) , they communicated very well. State Farm has Caliber pre approved, so from the day of making the claim to day of repair start was almost immediate! They are real people serving other real people. The quality of work is also top knotch! They made the car look brand new again! (Little sister crunched it up pretty bad). 10 out of 10 recommend!

John and his team at Saraland are great! They are friendly and do their best to satisfy the needs of the customer. Like most businesses post-covid, they are plagued by suppy chain issues with parts. I understand that they have no control over these delays, but once they get the parts, they complete the repairs and strive to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. This is the second time I've used this shop, and both times I drove away completely satisfied. 2018 Ram 1500 Repaired dented drivers door and replaced mirror, Blended paint, Replaced bumper, trim, and grill, Repainted grill and trim without hesitation when I was not satisfied with the stock appearance. They did everything they could to make sure I drove away happy and pleased with the service I received.

We got our car back in about a week and it looked better than when we bought it. Price was reasonable and the staff were very communicative and friendly.

I took my car in for service. After a few days they started texting me to say they were working on it. They texted me everyday giving me an update. Everything looks good.
