Pelc Tire & Service

I have been here three different days. Each visit has been pleasant. Prices are clear and fair. The waiting area is clean. The wait has not been long. Staff is very friendly. I am very happy to take my car here.

I sent my wife to rotate and balance her tires. She didn’t use the words balance, so pelc simply rotated the tires . You should have verified that was what we wanted. You charged me 60 dollars. I sent her back to get what should have been done earlier, and was charged another 60 dollars. I paid 120 dollars for rotate and balance her tires. We won’t use pelc again

I only use this location for my car maintenance and I have always had a positive experience. The staff are friendly and professional. The wait area and bathroom are is clean. The service provided is excellent and the location is conveniently located to multiple restaurants if you decide to wait for the work to be completed.

The entire team at the Saraland location provided excellent service! Quick with the quotes and tires I wanted were there the next day. Scott helped with the selection and quote. They let me know as soon as the tires arrived. They called as soon as they finished. Excellent all around!

Pelc has the best customer service hands down! Stopped by the Saraland location for a last minute oil change and they took me in with a smile. The facility is super clean and welcoming which you don’t find often when it comes mechanic shops. Quick, friendly service - I’ll definitely be back!
