We are extremely happy with the repairs to our Mini Cooper. The staff was quite courteous. They made us feel like family. And we were kept in the loop during the entire repair process, making this experience quite easy (wish we could say the same with our insurance carrier) The car looks great. It’s just like driving a new car. We’d highly recommend you guys!! Why would you want to go anywhere else?
Brought my truck in to Caliber after hitting a deer. The ladies at the desk were very pleasant. Kept me informed of the whole process. Got the truck back quicker than I expected. An unfortunate incident brought me together with Caliber Collision in Sebastopol. All the people in the shop were very professional, courteous, and efficient. The completed work was flawless, returning the car to original condition. I hope I don’t need their services any time soon but they would be my first choice if something ever happens again and would highly recommend this shop to others in need of their services.
I recently had to take my 2020 Subaru Forester into Caliber Collision in Sebastopol for body work following an accident. My car had been hit by a tire that came off a boat trailer and the front passenger side was damaged. Nationwide offered me a choice of body shops and I chose Caliber in Sebastopol because they got the best reviews. I was thrilled with their customer experience which was exceptional from start to finish. They were professional, personable, great communicators, and did a fantastic job on my car. The repairs were completed earlier than expected and when I picked up the car it had been cleaned from top to bottom and looked like new! I am beyond satisfied and highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs bodywork.
What an incredible staff and experience considering it's vehicle repair which is not ideal. Wayne has been wonderful to refer clients when needs arise and has helped handle the process with insurance, repairs, and more to make it a smooth journey. Thank you for all you do!
