Kalemba's Tire Service

Grab your popcorn for this one, it was a circus. Don’t allow this tire shop to play “mechanic” with your vehicle, especially when they are charging big boy hourly rates. They looked into a misfire issue I was having on my Subaru as I was driving through town. I paid them for 1 hour of labor (200$) for them to tell me they fixed the misfire by removing the spark plugs and putting them back in. Well it rarely happens like that but apparently in the process of diagnosing the misfire, it magically went away. I trusted them at that point and I was happy. The misfire came back the next day and Kalemba’s was closed so I went to a shop that was open and well reviewed. The folks at this trustworthy shop informed me that the spark plug was not coming out with a reasonable amount of torque and that

OMG this place is the best!! Best customer service of any business I have ever been to! Been here for tires, water pumps, they helped me say good bye to my 2009 original year genesis. They will sell you one tire if you want someone slashed mine. I love this small family business!! True passion for cars and all they do.

I am so grateful for this shop! I went there last week to get my brakes done. Another shop had told me they were “dangerous” and that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I went for a second opinion and the mechanic and the whole team at this shop was honest and ethical. My brakes still have over half the life on them! Thank you Kalemba’s I will definitely be back!!!!!! The only shop I will trust from here on out!

Our 2004 Camry’s sudden “limp mode” turned what was supposed to be a quick tire and oil service into a week-long mystery. It was a rare throttle problem which took several attempts to diagnose, but Todd, the manager, stayed in touch daily, explained everything clearly, and kept us informed throughout. In the end, Kalemba's persistence paid off - the problem was resolved and the car now runs perfectly. The week of uncertainty was stressful, but I appreciate their honesty, communication, and willingness to see the job through. I’d gladly return for routine maintenance, though I might turn to Toyota for more complex troubleshooting. All in all, a good outcome thanks to patience and perseverance.

I have been a Greg's Tires (now Kalemba's) for many years. They have upped their game considerably over time and added much more services now. I bought tires for my 1994 Ford Ranger, aligned it, replaced some pulley's. They educated me on what exactly they did, saved the old parts, suggested maintenance I would need in the future and issues to watch for. The gang is nice, smart and no BS. I trust them implicitly and continue to use them whenever needed.
