Caliber Collison is a phenomenal repair shop. Being a woman, I was treated with utmost respect and I was given details of the repair process, costs involved and all my questions answered. Also, they actually repaired my vehicle before the initial scheduled date, which saved me in renting a vehicle. I would like to personally thank John McLeod for taking care of me from start to finish. His exceptional customer service given to me meant so much! They repaired the front bumper and splash guards of my Toyota Avalon. It looked amazing. They were super friendly and professional. Hopefully in the future, I won't hit anything to damage my car, but if I do, I would definitely come back here.

My car was not completely put back together What it was returned. The roof rack was not replaced as originally recommended. I’m still waiting on the rack as they Had to order it after pointed out by Client.
