Caliber Collision

Today, I brought my car into Caliber because it was hit in a parking lot and needed repairs. I met with Amanda Mavroudis, the service advisor, and she was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, she was respectful, kind, and compassionate. She listened to me about my concerns and assured me that everything would be take care of. My family has used Caliber before and we were always impressed. Amanda confirmed that Caliber is a top-notch establishment. I trust them implicitly. I will be sure to write another Google review once I receive my car back in a couple of weeks.

Capen made the whole process easy. I had a small dent and didn’t want to involve insurance, and they were upfront about the out-of-pocket cost and turnaround time. Everything was efficient, clear, and straightforward. I knew exactly what to expect and got my car back quickly. Highly recommend.

This was my first time using this location for repairs after an accident. They provided text updates on their availability, so I felt confident my vehicle was being worked on. Two days after I picked up my vehicle. I noticed damage that hadn’t been repaired. It looked like a shortcut may have been taken, using glue instead of ordering a new part. However, when I called to report this, Medea understood and promptly ordered a new one. She and I reviewed the expectation that if something is not ready and a part is needed, it will be communicated to future customers before fully returning the car to them. She will also review this issue with the tech team. Outside of that, it was seamless from start to finish. If I need repairs again, I will be back.

Caliber Collision in Souderton did a great job at communicating with me throughout the repair process. They were also very efficient at the drop off and pick up times. I was also appreciative of the communication they had with Enterprise for my rental car so that I could be met at Caliber and could just leave my rental car there after I picked up my car. They did a nice job at the repair.

I dropped my Subaru Outback off at the end of June after a rear end incident caused by another vehicle. After calling Caliber and having my call answered quickly I dropped off my car the next day and George was able to provide a same day estimate for my insurance company. His communication was unmatched and always kept me up to date during the repair process. As my car needed a lot of work my total repair time was estimate at 4-6 weeks and they were able to finish the job in just about 5. Fingers crossed I don't have another accident occur to me, but if I do Caliber Collision will be my go to shop!
