Caliber Collision

I got into an accident on November 19th and I had my car towed to Caliber immediately from the scene. Not only were they extremely communicative during the repair process, but they were also super accommodating to a couple of requests I had. Austin updated me every other day (sometimes more!), and the amazing techs saved my mountain badge and removed my aftermarket license plate mount as requested. The original estimate for completion was December 26th, but they had it done on December 18th. After I picked it up, I realized that my key fob wouldn’t lock or unlock the car. Kept me informed during the whole process with progress & any updates. Customer service was great as well. Very satisfied with the quality of work. My brake light (on side worked on) did go out for some reason just a day after having it back so I did replace that but other wise completely satisfied.

This company was super helpful when I was dealing with my insurance company after an accident. My car was a total loss, so they weren’t going to make any repairs and wouldn’t make any money, but they still helped me chase down my insurance adjuster and move the process along. They were very professional and friendly throughout the process.

Caliber did a flawless job of repair and matched the paint exactly. They even went the extra mile and took out an additional tiny dent that was near the damaged area, reattached a loose part on the interior of the door ( that I would not have been able to figure out) then washed and vacuumed the entire car. Truly an amazing job!
