Caliber Collision

Disappointing experience. I was told the repair would likely be same day/next morning, but the truck wasn’t looked at for ~1.5 days. Then the promised completion date got pushed out multiple times via an automated text with no explanation, which was a big issue since we were down to one vehicle for the household. They also ordered the wrong reinforcement/trailer hitch initially and I had to correct them (Max Tow vs Heavy Duty). I specifically asked them not to wash the truck, but they did anyway, leaving hologramming and two new scratches I had to compound/polish myself. The bumper alignment also wasn’t corrected as quoted, and when I pointed out the misalignment at pickup, I was met with pushback rather than them addressing it. I ultimately fixed it myself. Full amount charged anyway. Pa

Had my car towed to them after an accident. Working with them was a breeze. Janielle was very nice and got through all the paperwork to begin getting the car fixed through the insurance. Anthony was great and kept me informed about what the next steps were, what repairs were going to be done and I got my car back in perfect condition and faster than I expected. This was over the Thanksgiving holidays too. I hope to never get into any accident again but if I do I would definitely use them again. Moving forward I would also refer them as well. You have a lot of damage car companies to pick from but Caliber Collision in World Commerce Center is where you need to go! I picked up my Buick and it is absolutely brand new looking. Amber, Olivia, and Janielle are the epitome of customer service. You cannot ask for a better company than this! I do not remember the gentleman's name that fixed my car and painted it but they need to be given Kudos as well!! I totally recommend this company. You will not go wrong by choosing them.

We recently had our car repaired here after an accident, and the experience was excellent. Janielle and Anthony were wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. Anthony kept us informed every step of the way and made everything so easy. The communication and customer service were outstanding, highly recommend!

Everything was great from my first call to my drop off … reception so welcoming. My technician Olivia was so nice and explained everything. My car was ready on time. My car was fixed to perfection and was so clean when I picked it up! 10 out of 10!!! Highly recommend.
