I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. The body repairs looked brand new and the attention to detail was outstanding. They even touched up stone chips and rust spots at no extra charge, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, my car was returned spotless, cleaned inside and out. The customer service and quality of work exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
I would recommend Caliber Collision to everyone. They did a fantastic job with my vehicle. Each and every person I spoke with during the process was kind and handled my calls with grace. Not only did they repair the vehicle they clean it both inside and out. I dont believe its been this clean since the day i bought it brand new.
I hit a deer and my front end took a lot of damage. Caliber collisions was an easy choice for the repairs. The process was smooth and I had no problems getting updates, etc. car was done 4 days earlier than the prediction.
We were rear-ended, and the other party’s insurance company recommended Caliber. I had never used them, but we were extremely satisfied with both the repair and the service they provided. They were very courteous, professional, and helpful. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.
5 stars isn’t enough. If l could give 20 stars, l would. Caliber Collision center went above and beyond. They exceeded my expectations. From the front desk with Ms. Deb to Devin that was the absolute BEST!!! I was so overwhelmed because this was my first accident. Devin eased my anxiety tremendously. If you ever need repairs, l highly recommend Caliber Collision center, you will not be disappointed.
