I was very disappointed with my experience at Gordon’s. A couple weeks ago, I took my car in for a repair and waited over a week without hearing anything. I had to call to check on the status and was told they were hoping to have it done by that Thursday and would call me back but I never received a call. After waiting a few more days, I called again the following Monday and was then told my car had already been ready, but no one had notified me. About a week later, I brought my car back for an inspection and asked to be contacted with the cost of tires needed for it to pass. Once again, I never heard back and had to call hours later, only to be told my car was ready. Just had new tires installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The total price was right in line with other shops in the area, but what really stood out was the attention to detail—especially when it came to the alignment. They verbally made the point that they take their time and get it done right, which was incredibly reassuring after two bad alignment experiences at Mr. Tire…. Gordon’s has definitely earned my business going forward. Thanks again!

Thanks for the great service and the extra effort to diagnose my electrical issues. We were visiting family in town and we appreciate that you fit us into your busy schedule and got us back on the road. You were highly recommended by all of my family and lived up to their high praise.

At first, I was frustrated because it was taking such a long time, however, Katie, the manager there was amazing and very communicative. She explained why it was taking so long, and was very Prompt with replying to all of my messages. There were some issues with getting the parts in and it took a little bit longer, but they did an amazing job, and I am very happy to say that I would be coming back here! She is great. Five stars. 👍

They were able to get me in on short notice. However, the day I dropped off my car, they got extremely busy. Despite that, they were able to accomplish what they had promised. Job well done.
