The team at Caliber Collision are first class and can be trusted with your everyday beater or your prize and joy. I unfortunately had a mishap happened to me and they snapped right into repair mode to get me back in my truck ASAP. From the first phone call from Dani to spaking with my service writer Kathryn they were never out of touch I got a recommendation from a very good family friend who's a car enthusiast. Caliber Collision stood by their warranty after 20 years literally 20 years later they repainted the vehicle because there was a little bit of fade. Update: 11/03: No payment has been made after allegedly contacting enterprise for a refund. Still waiting. Update 09/25: I decided to call the shop again and was transferred to Daniel. Instead of addressing the issue with my car, he seemed more concerned about the Google review I had left. He began accusing both me and my wife of leaving the review, which I found unprofessional and unproductive. At that point, I told him I was no longer interested in having the car repaired, especially since he had already admitted he didn’t know how to fix it. Now, all I want is reimbursement for the rental car charges from Enterprise. I only used the car for three days, but Enterprise is billing me for over a week because Caliber left the vehicle sitting at their shop for several days without working on

Daniel did not fix our car properly, and now they are refusing to cover the cost of the rental car we had to use while the car was supposedly being repaired. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest service. Stay away!!!!!! Update 09/25/2025: Daniel called to complain about this review with a very confrontational attitude and lied about the situation with my car. This is truly concerning.

Huge thanks to the team at Caliber Collision for their incredible work on our 2025 Chevy Colorado. This wasn't an easy fix. Not only was the repair itself complicated, but getting parts for a brand new model proved to be a major challenge. The staff was fantastic, especially Paola Saucedo; communicating with us every step of the way. They showed remarkable persistence and skill, refusing to quit until the truck was 100% fixed and running like new. It's a huge relief to know there are still shops that take this much pride in their work. I couldn't be happier with the results and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Took my wife BMW to have it repaired after someone hit her. Vehicle looked good as new when we picked it up. Was very please with the attention to detail and appreciated the weekly progress calls. Process was streamed line with the insurance. Updating this review to give 5 stars because they repaired 4Runner after someone did a hit and run. I was pleased with the turnaround time and the end result. I especially appreciated the detailing and cleaning my floor mats. Any repair shop can fix your car but when they make they extra effort to go above and beyond to say thank you for your business, I take that into account that they really care about restoring the rhythm to my life.
