Caliber Collision

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, the staff was professional, friendly, and very communicative. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and explained everything clearly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

I would give them 0 stars but that’s not an option. The repair work was trash. The black paint that they applied to my bumper was also on the silver part of my bumper. I have taken my truck her before and during that repair service they thought they had locked my keys in my truck while in their possession. You can’t lock keys inside a Nissan truck the doors will not lock if it does not detect a key outside the vehicle. So they try to jimmy my door open and cause my door not to align properly so water and air would come thru. They were supposed to fix this also, but of course it was not fixed to the level of perfection before this happened. Caliber Collision did an amazing job on my car, ( 2023 Hyundai ELANTRA) and I especially want to shout out Isha. She was so helpful, kept me updated, and made the whole process stress-free. Great service all around!

Updated 1/19/26. Brendan was nice enough to give me a call and clear up some miscommunication on their part and confusion on mine. The hole was already in my back bumper, apparently. :-( While the repair to the front bumper where the accident took place looks great. My car also requires a code to use my hands free options in my car and radio so I ride in silence. My radio was working fine before taking it to Caliber. The AWD light is also on indicating a problem, but it wasn’t addressed. It wasn’t on before the accident. Finally, the Caliber Collision in Tucker towed my car to and from a the Lawrenceville location and never sent me any notification. I’m pretty sad.

My repairs were done by Maurice and Brian, they made sure my car looked very good before bringing it home. I didn't get any push back when I explained to Maurice what I was dissatisfied with. Thanks guys for the beautiful finish.
