Everyone involved in the process made this an absolutely wonderful experience. The receptionist that got me started, Pam the person that handled the repairs and kept me informed, the team that repaired and cleaned my car, and the front desk person that got me checked out all worked together like peanut butter and jelly to make an unpleasant event doable. The text messages to keep me updated were appreciated. The delays being explained were appreciated. The easy and quick process of reclaiming my car with no surprise with a full explanation of my benefits and warranty from both the front desk support person and Pam were all appreciated. But that clean car with the shining wheels was the surprise I didn’t know I needed in my life. It felt like I got a new car for the price of my deductible.

Service was awesome. Received updates from Pam continuosly through texting. Finished 4 days before projected date. Painless...

I had my car towed here after a deer hit my car and from start to finish Kristopher Colbert was nothing but amazing to work with from updates to just giving you a call saying just check on you I know you have a rental and we are working to get your car back. Got sideswiped and my insurance recommended Caliber Collision to do the repair. They did an excellent job keeping me in the loop as they assessed the damage, ordered the parts, and fixed the damage. When I got my truck back, it was as good as new! Bonus points for having an on-site Enterprise Rent-a-car that made dropping off my truck a breeze! If I ever end up in another accident, I know where to go!
