I had a stressful situation with my car breaking down on the highway, but Intense Towing was a absolute life saver. The dispatcher was very kind and assuring that they would have a Flatbed Tow truck for me keeping me calm in a chaotic moment. Best roadside Towing service in the area. The price was very reasonable and quality of service was exceptional
My car broke down on Branch ave. I called Intense towing and they had John the tow truck driver on scene much sooner than expected. John was incredibly professional , friendly and even helped me sort out another issue with my car. The whole process was smooth and efficient. If you are looking for flatbed roadside service they are highly recommended.
The driver was polite , courteous and knowledgeable. The towing driver assured me that they would provide a flatbed tow truck which arrived within 15 minutes. Pricing is very reasonable
