I've had my car serviced twice with Calibar Collision and each visit is the same the staff was extremely helpful. The receptionist was super efficient with processing paperwork and payment. Edgar helped with my first visit and he was reassuring and kept me updated on what was happening with the repairs. Also, my most current visit Yesenia helped me and went above and beyond with repair to the windows, rear panel plus a complete detail service. I'm totally pleased with their outstanding service along with providing pick up and drop off rides.

I was referred to Caliber Collision in Ventura after the heavy rain and strong winds blew parts of my roofing onto my brand new car causing scratches and scuffs. I was so worried, but Manuel Delgadillo took the time to look it over and fixed it right up. It’s as good as new now. He even had me look it over a few times to make sure I was happy with the results before we left. Would definitely recommend! They’re great!

Collision repairs via AAA insurance. I took my vehicle in two days after the collision and Edgar estimated the repair would be complete in 10 days. I received updates every day, including personal texts on the progress of the repair and any communications they had with AAA, and the repairs were done 2 days earlier than estimated. If my replacement rental car company hadn't been able to give me a ride to their location to pick up my car, Edgar said they would come and get me. Excellent customer care, and the repair was perfect.

This place does excellent work and provided incredible customer service. Edgar was awesome. They got my vehicle fixed and looking great, worked with my insurance company, and Enterprise gave me a ride to pick up my rental. Could not have asked for a better experience!

First things first, the front desk staff is veru helpful, in terms of work, theu made sure you are getting updated on the progress of their repair, easy to talk to, knowledgeable staff, explainwd everything they did, what they repaired and replaced, also pretty quick turn around. You can also leave your rental in their shop and they tale care of returning it!. And to top that off the even washed my car and wiped the inside! *thumbs up* for the caliber collision team in ventura! Highly recommended!
