Caliber Collision

I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences with Caliber Collision. From the very beginning, I was told by Reed (the representative I spoke with) that all damaged parts on my car would be replaced, except for one small piece that only needed minor adjustment. I even double-checked this with Toyota, and they confirmed that every part should be replaced. Because Caliber Collision is partnered with my insurance (State Farm), I trusted them with the repair. Unfortunately, that trust was a huge mistake. When I went to pick up my car, I immediately noticed that one of a damaged part had been put back on instead of replaced, and the hood was completely misaligned.
