Caliber Collision

Awesome service, they do amazing work. I have brought 2 of my cars in on 2 separate incidents that were the other parties' fault, and caliber collision took care of everything. They work directly with the insurance companies so I didn't have to pay for anything out of my own pocket, and in both cases my cars came back looking brand new. Kept me updated every step of the way, and cleaned my car inside and out too! God forbid you get into an accident, but if you do, this is the place to get your repairs done.

Great customer service from Heather and Front desk. The shop kept me well informed via text during the whole repair. Honda did send the wrong or broken headlight 2 days, but I appreciated the shop’s honesty and apologizing for the delay in repairs. My Honda CRV hybrid looked great - blended the paint beautifully from the bumper to my side door after my accident

This feedback applies only to the Walnut Creek North Main location. The service we received for our car repair was excellent — the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. However, the customer service experience was disappointing. The staff came across as unfriendly and cold, particularly the service manager (Tim), which made the overall experience less positive. We understand and appreciate that the team is very busy, but being busy should not affect the quality of customer service. A bit more warmth and attentiveness would make a significant difference to the overall customer experience.

I brought my vehicle in for a repair after an accident. Everyone was so friendly and professional. My new bumper looks great. I am very happy with the service at Caliber. Heather at the front was so helpful and walked me through the whole process. It was a great experience.
