The entire process was smooth and easy. Mr. Dalton made sure to communicate with me every step of the way with an accurate timeframe of when the repair jobs will be completed. I must say, the repairs were done almost a week earlier than the initial estimate was given. Also, the front end looks brand spanking new! For this to be one of the latest models of Hyundai’s, the made it look like it was fresh from the manufacturer! If I could rate 10 stars, I most certainly would!
Ryan and his team @ Caliber Collision are the BEST in the business. Not only did they get my car looking brand new after hitting a deer, they kept me updated throughout the entire process and had it back to me in 3 weeks with no hiccups. Every time I spoke with them, they were friendly, upbeat, and knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle and even checked on my well being. A+ service and couldn’t ask for a better experience.
