My daughter bought her first car from Galaxy Auto today, a 2017 Nissan Altima. We had been looking at other cars on websites and Facebook Marketplace and car lots for about a month. Every car we looked at had issues or the dealers were not upfront about the cars condition. We saw a car at Galaxy Auto and went to take a look at it. It looked great and everything they told us about it's condition and history checked out on Carfax. We also took it to our mechanic and he gave us a big thumbs up! We had a great experience and the negotiation was pleasant and we never felt pressured. Honestly they had great patience because we test drove it three times and they were very accommodating. Was traveling back from WI and ended going home with a new car after a stop at Galaxy Auto Sales. This is a small business, so they are more lenient and customer focused than bigger dealers/franchises. It quickly translated through Mentor and Mon’s transparency, fair price and quick transaction.
