Excellent body repair and customer care. From the initial visit, everyone was pleasant, informative, and professional. We hesitated at first to go to a national brand thinking they wouldn't give us the personal care we were used to from a local shop, but we were pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of Caliber, and how they kept us up to date with the progress of work by sending text along the way. The lifetime warranty is also a very nice added bonus you might not get elsewhere too. Oh and the most important part... They did an outstanding job on the repair. Everything came out as new! Only, slight complaint was some dust left on the seats and paint smell inside the car. Had I noticed it when we picked up the car I would have told someone. Last month, an ice cream truck clipped my bumper pulling up to a house I was parked in front of (go on - laugh it up…). The driver’s insurance gave me a few shops to select from to take my car into for repair, and I picked Caliber based on the positive reviews and photos people were nice enough to leave. I brought my car in 10/25, and was greeted by very nice staff who explained what needed to be done, read through the papers I needed to sign, and made me feel a lot better about the shitty situation. That evening I got my first status update with the cost estimate, and expected pickup date of 11/11. They were very helpful. The car came out perfect I knew that because they had worked on my other car. It didn't take long at all. I also like the texts about the progress that was happening.
