Was very surprised by the way Caliber Collision kept in touch with me the entire time they had my vehicle. From the towing of my vehicle through the 3 weeks my vehicle was under their care; I had no misgivings about their repair for my vehicle. There was one question I had a few days after I received my SUV; so I paid them a visit. Both Diane & Kenny were kind & courteous with patience as I expressed my misgiving. Kenny resolved my question & I left a happy customer. Heather & her son [whose name I do not recall] were both very helpful at another juncture when I visited Caliber Collision since needing my other keys on car key chain. A very pleasant patient exchange which I experienced at Caliber Collision.

The customer service was exceptional, with the staff demonstrating remarkable helpfulness. The Lead Service Technician provided regular updates, ensuring I was consistently informed of the progress. All rental car transactions were managed efficiently, simplifying the process and alleviating any associated stress. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

This place was horrible. They did a simple paint job and dent repair, but a gap opened up in the door, so drafts still blow in when the door is closed. The paint was also dented, so I requested a re-repair, but they said they'd contact me, but they never did. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I went back to get it repaired, and the gap in the door was still there after two repairs, but they confidently said it was fixed. They couldn't fix it on the second day, so I had to go back a third time to get it fixed. It was terribly stressful.

Needed some repair work after an Amazon Van, accidentally changed the shape of my car. Caliber was highly recommended and did not disappoint! The people were knowledgeable and very nice. The work was great and the estimated repair time was reasonable and finished early.
