Accidents , especially caused by others, aren’t a fun thing to deal with. Caliber and Enterprise in conjunction worked well together. Caliber helped greatly in accommodating me as we have only one vehicle and they went above and beyond to make sure I could retrieve the vehicle. Friendly staff, good services. It’s a shop I can use now that we are established in NC.
Excellent customer service! I am so glad that I went with caliber collision team. It was a smooth process from the time my car arrived to completion. Laddell went the extra mile and called enterprise for me so I wouldn’t have to wait long for my rental. My car looks brand new and drive brand new as well. I will be forever grateful for the work they did!
Nothing but great things to say! Everyone was so nice and they kept me updated by text regularly. I got my car back, which they so kindly delivered to me, and it looks brand new! Great customer service from everyone, especially Alex he was my service advisor, and will definitely use them in the future if ever needed!
