Caliber Collision

My car was in a collision and I took it to Caliber on the advice of my insurance company and I now know why they recommend them. They are the nicest, most knowledgeable, helpful, quality oriented, detailed company for auto repairs. This is the only place I would recommend or have work done on my vehicle. The finished product is beautiful. It was detailed inside and out!!! I was so proud to drive away with my finished car. Thank you Caliber Collision!!!!

Worst customer service from the general manager I have work with in a long time. The other staff at their location were wonderful vehicle had to be redone 2 times and is now going back for a third time because the staff working on the car damaged the headlight during reinstallation. Had to get the district manager involved to get anything done !! We have worked with caliber before and have had no issues I think it’s just their Wisconsin Rapids location that needs new management.

Friendly, knowledgeable, great communication throughout the process, our car looked brand new when we got it back, was completed earlier than expected! Lorna really put us at ease, and Jess every step. They were wonderful and it was a great experience. Would highly recommend!

From the start the people at Caliber were very friendly and helpful. The communication to us while my vehicle was there was great! It took longer then was anticipated, but they did explain why. I had my car in to get fixed at another place about a year prior because I got hit in a parking lot. And I know that the previous place did not fix everything. Caliber has seemed to fix everything that was wrong! I can't say enough good things about my experience there.

An absolutely amazing experience! While on a trip to the Washington, D.C. area, my car was sideswiped. The damage was cosmetic, but it needed to be repaired when I got home. My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. At first I balked, thinking the dealer would have access to better parts for the repair. Then I read the reviews here, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in the door on September 29 and was greeted by Lorna, I knew this was going to be a great decision. Lorna helped complete the paperwork, and when she was done Gary came to greet me. We walked out to the car, and after assessing the damage, he gave me an estimate for the cost and said that the car would be ready on October 16. His cost estimate was very close, and my car actually was ready on October 14
