Caliber Tire and Auto Service

I went there just to have a tire plugged and got charged $35 which is ridiculous and when I asked why he said because they balanced the tire which is something that was not needed because my car is 4 months old. Also the guy working on my car got in it and drove it out of the shop with his hands covered in grease getting my door and steering wheel all dirty. Needless to say I will never go back nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional.

I can’t say enough good things about Caliber Auto and Tire! They fixed my tire so quickly and had me back on the road in no time. The team is always friendly, reliable, and ready to help whenever I need it. It’s such a relief knowing I can count on them for honest, efficient service right here in New City. Highly recommend!

Will not Mount winter tires onto a set of rims because they are customer supply tires. Disappointing a tire shop won't do a job most tire shops would do in the Northeast.

These guys are the best. We've taken our cars here for decades. They never sell me anything I don't need. In fact, they have told me, "No charge," a couple times. Family owned and operated.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I took my car in to check brakes and Steve was very rude. First he told me I didn’t need brakes and then went out to actually look at the brakes and said I did need them and rotors. Quoted a ridiculously high rate. I didn’t know it was too high at the time. I left my car there and got a phone call from Steve and was told the brake locks were not in the car. They did my inspection so they neglected to return brake locks. They couldn’t take the tires off to see my brakes. Steve was rude and abusive on the phone and screaming at me because I did not have a car to go there to search for the key to unlock the tires. A neighbor took me there and back. Steve was abusive on the phone and told me to take Uber which I don’t do. He then told me to pick up my car and they
