Duke of Oil

This place is great! Friendly service. Most importantly, they are honest and don't try to hike up the price by adding more work you don't need. I drive 10 mi away from my house to use this place because they're that trustworthy.

It's been a very long time since I reviewed Lenny and the Duke of Oil. My visit with my wife's car yesterday was in many ways unremarkable but it's the fact that it is so routine that makes it special. My wife's car has had tire inflation issues but who hasn't during the last month of frigid temperatures. I was sitting and waiting and overheard Lenny sending an older woman away without charge after he and one of his guys tested her frozen trunk and windshield washer line. Despite her repeated protests, he sent her away. I was next. The problem was something called a filling pin in the tire stem that cracked. No charge. Couldn't convince him. Came here as soon as they opened to get an unexpected flat I had this morning fixed. I was with my 3 year old and were on our way to preschool which was about 25mins away. I asked the man at the front if he can do me a huge favor and fix the flat I had as priority since I had my daughter and she had to be at school. He said it was about an hour and a half wait. I offered to pay him extra but he said he only had 1 tech. Unfortunately, I’ve had nails in my tires before so I know it does not take long to plug it. I’ve done it myself before, but I had my little girl and it was pouring out. This man wouldn’t budge. Seems like he was the owner. All I can say is do better and you def could’ve helped me out. Lenny and the boys have been awesome for me and my family for years. Always great service and with a smile too! Snuck me in for an oil change at the end of the day. Moved away and still bring our vehicles to him.

Stay away!!! The owner is a crook. I took my Lexus for a break job. After the job it was making noises that was not there beforehand. When I told the owner, he told me it was all in my head even before he looked at the problem. After taking it for a look/ drive he says that “ nothing wrong with the car. However the sounds magically disappeared. Few days later same sounds were back. I took it the Lexus dealer. I was told that break assembly was not done properly. I have to pay over 800$ for the repair. When I told the owner he tried to say that’s what Lexus dealers do to over charge: make up things. Stay away from these crooks, I am never coming back to this place and never been more happy with the Lexus dealer!
