There’s not enough great things I can say about this company. If you need a breathalyzer in your THIS is your place, don’t go anywhere else. If you need a breathalyzer you already have a lot going on, the last thing you need is another hassle and headache. This company rocks. They are friendly, professional, up front with ALL cost and speedy. Many other companies have hidden fees and make you feel worse about it than you already do but not California IID. I called and spoke with Donna and she was amazing, super kind, professional and helpful. She set up my install appointment with Ryan at the Costa Mesa location in just a few days. Ryan was just as awesome as Donna. So grateful for such a reputable business and reasonable rates. They’re the best, highly recommend.

Ryan ! He’s the man ! I had a device transfer from one vehicle to another and he was able to make it happen same day and even fit me in earlier in his schedule for the installation onto the other car. Thanks Ryan !

Highly recommended to anyone needing this service. Anthony installed and removed devices from 2 of my cars and did a wonderful job. He is very personable and helpful in advising me throughout the whole process. Requiring this service is not the funnest thing to go through with, but the staff and company made things as smooth as possible. I had to be in contact with the company due to scheduling or questions and never had a bad experience. I've recommended this company to others as well.
