California Smog Check

Went in today just after 0800 and to my surprise...only one customer ahead of me. Was immediately greeted and asked for the paperwork's and keys. Poured a cup of coffee and waited. I paid for the Smog check and was out the door before 0830...coffee in hand😁.

Regarding customer service. I’ve worked with this company (both locations) for years and have always had the BEST service and experience. Until today. A young man who must be new was extremely rude, disrespectful and not helpful at all. He definitely is not good for business and should go get a job somewhere else not customer service. It was embarrassing how rude he was and it upset me. Over a small matter he could have been more helpful verses rude and condescending. I asked his name he would not give it to me. Update: I returned later that day and my issue was resolved with a different staff member.

I've been going to these guys for a few years now. They are fast, inexpensive, courteous and honest. I've never had any sort of issue with them.

There were several customers at opening time, and Laura greeted each one of with genuine kindness. She took the time to explain the process to each customer individually and with friendliness. Because of her efficiency, all customers were seen very quickly. Thank you Laura! I was in and out in just over 30 minutes, which tells me that the testing technicians are quick and efficient too. I highly recommend this business.
