If I could give negative stars I would. They used to provide great service but in the last 2 years, I have had problems with the service, in my opinion questionable tampering with my car as opined by my long-term mechanic at another repair shop , and not providing parts that they said they would. Additionally one time they told me to drive into Bay 1 and the floor was missing. I was within a foot of falling into the well. Additionally even with an appointment they run well over the estimated time. Finally, with the new building there is no wifi or cell service. This is a know issue and fixable if they care about customer service which it is apparent they don't.

I brought them my truck in for an oil change on Feb. 7th 2018. It was snowing hard that day when I dropped it off. I picked it up and hour later and off I went. A few days later I was sitting in another car and noticed the rear lower quarter panel between the rear tire and truck cab looked awkward and proceeded to take a closer look. I laid on the ground and saw that the panel was folded up under the truck about 6". I went to the other side and saw the exact same damage in the exact same location and both sides had marks like someone had lifted it up on a lift and the damage didn't have any rust yet and it hadn't been on a lift for a long time except at Cambridge tire in Stoneham Ma. I had trouble with starting my car. Came in to make an appointment and left with a new battery in 20 minutes! Wow!

Staff were very friendly and were able to sort out my flat very quickly. The place was clean and professional and they didn’t charge me a dime!
