Onsite Automotive Services

As a female, I'm always very hesitant on trusting mechanics, simply because of past bad experiences. I was on the search for a trust worthy auto shop and can confidently say Onsite Automotive Services is as honest as they get. I had a downward 02 sensor replaced here back in March. They made sure the car diagnosis was accurate and did not try to add any other additional fees/services (like other shops do). They were able to take our car in the same day and fixed the issue. I called them again yesterday with a question regarding some dashboard lights. Without hesitation, they provided me with guidance and explained what was going on, with no benefit to them. It's rare to have that type of genuineness these days, so thank you for being reliable and honest with your customers!

I was referred to John / Onsite Auto by a friend and family member. The service was very quick & affordable. John was very helpful, and he is only interested in doing what's best for the customer (he does not try to oversell or push unnecessary repairs, unlike some dealerships).

I called Onsite Auto to schedule a diagnostic, and before I could even explain the problem, I was told, “This isn’t a good fit for us.” When I tried to clarify, the response was repeated: “Again… it’s not a good fit.” Extremely unprofessional. Their website advertises auto repair, but they seem highly selective—even for basic diagnostics. Very disappointing customer service.

I brought my car in to have the oil changed and have the brakes inspected because of an unusual noise when stopping the car. I asked John if he or Gary could test drive the car and make sure that there was no issue with my brakes. As always, they checked out the situation and advised that all was good and there was no need to have any further work done to the braking system. The bottom line is that I can trust Onsite, John, and Gary to be forthright about their findings and give me an honest opinion regarding my concern. I've been to other shops that aren't always telling me the true story but only looking to make some extra money off me.

Onsite is AMAZING!!! Excellent service and reasonable pricing!!! I take 2 of my cars there for service and will continue to bring them to John! John goes above and beyond!!! Just as I arrived home a Relative called and was having car trouble. I recommend John. They dropped off their car that day and it was completely fixed by 11 am the next day!!!
