Great experience at Firestone. They were friendly, honest, and genuinely focused on helping rather than just selling something. They took the time to explain my options, worked quickly, and the pricing was very fair. You can really tell they care about their customers and their reputation. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family!

Great service and very friendly . Also will send you where you need to go if it benefits the customer and expense I had a part put in a few years ago at a different shop and that same part seem to be going out they told me to go back to that place because that should be a life time guarantee on that part.And if they tried to charge me a big fee in case the heart was not guaranteed then to come back to them

I've been going to Campbellsville Firestone since this past April. Ordered new Firestone Destination LE3's for my wife's vehicle and mine and asked Jessica to have them install. They replaced brakes, oil & filter changes, rotate tires, steering and underneath repairs. Jessica, Brad, Steve and rest of staff are very courteous. I find them to be very thorough, thoughtful, considerate and respectful to you and your vehicle(s). Though not all of them are related to each other as Jessica and Greg are to my knowledge, the entire staff work and treat each other and their customers like you're one big happy family. Called about an alignment and they said it would be $75. I scheduled an appointment and upon arriving I needed upper and lower ball joints. No problem, I went and had them replaced then scheduled another appointment since they said I couldn’t have it done with them bad. The time came for my appointment, I went in and they started working on it. Everything was good this time. Then when it came time for my payment they said because I have “new parts” they was going to charge me $100 for the alignment. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I paid them though and left. There’s not much sense in complaining to them about it when they are clearly a dirty dealing facility. But, I will not be back and I will not recommend them to ANYONE. This is the best mechanic I have been to. They stay busy and that’s why! They are always helpful and they educate you on what is wrong with your car. I have been to places where I have felt talked down too bc I am a woman, but they have never made me feel this way. They have always been honest, kind, and helpful!
