Campers Inn RV

Amy in the service department at Campers Inn is outstanding. She took the time to listen to all of the service issues we had, offered helpful suggestions, and had everything fixed within a few days. I appreciate that she and the team at Campers Inn valued my business, even though I did not purchase my RV from them. Her genuine care for customers is truly evident.

For any of you in the greater DC or central Virginia area, Campers Inn Fredericksburg has been excellent. They (Amy and Bob) take my issues (like being homeless for a month and needing my van) seriously, and work well with the manufacter (Grech in my case), applying the proper reminders in a cordial manner. And, their Class B specialist (Aaron) seems to really know his stuff and is patient in explaining things. If I ever upgrade from my 24 Class B, I know where I will go!

We purchased our 1st van camper at Campers Inn RV. Excellent experience overall with all the steps throughout the process and with everyone we encountered at the dealership. From start to finish everyone was professional, helpful, friendly & kind. Jesse was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. He was available & helpful even after the sale when some questions came up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase an RV.

I would NEVER EVER buy an rv from this company. We did BIG mistake. Camper rv installed our slide out top. THEY installed it wrong started breaking the corners of my slide out. When we took it back to have them look at it the mechanic put on the paperwork that campers rv installed the top backwards and needed replaced but the girl who ran the service department refused to do anything about it and when we went to pick up the rv they had broken the propane tanks lid and you could smell propane thru the entire parking lot. The service manager refused to even talk about what damages they had done to our camper. So there is another company replacing the top that I will have to pay for and I will see campers rv in court!!

Our experience was great at first. I really put my trust in them due this being my first time owning a camper. I was told at the service center they would go through the whole trailer take care of checking everything out so I wouldn't have issues. They would make sure I know everything about owning a new camper, teach me how to use the trailer. When I got the camper home and started leveling the Ember camper my father pointed out so many issues. I looked under the camper with my father and seen a rusted frame, missing screws, metal strip hanging almost off. The inside floor was turning black due to the wrong kind of glue used to put the vinyl floor down. The back lights chrome frame is turning black on the camper. The framing around the camper inside cabinets is coming apart. I bought this
