Luis and Ken were great! They got me into my new bus quickly and had all the answers For my many questions. They addressed my concerns and made the sale very easy. Best experience purchasing an Rv and this is my fourth. Jeff with financing was informative and fast. Great dealership!!

Went to Campers Inn for simple "window shopping" thinking of downsizing camper in future. Met Ken Fitzgerald and saw some awesome campers Fell in love with Forest River e-pro 19fd. Ken made us an offer on our old camper which was almost exactly what I was hoping to get on a trade in. We decided to make the trade! Everything went very smoothly and we were surprised at the perks offered for buying a new camper! Next we met a technician named Blake his knowledge of the camper was amazing! Blake explained everything to us in great detail with much patience. Finally we met Business Manager Jeff Crane, he explained ways to save money while financing the deal. To summarize: we are now owners of a new camper and two weeks later are still happy with the deal we received at Campers Inn

We bought a 2025 Jayco Pinnacle 38FBRK we love the design and room. But I do have a complaint about their customer service when it comes to returning phone calls. Upon getting it to our campground and going through things we discovered that there was no wrench for the water filter cartridge which according to the info pac there should have been one. Discovered hydro fluid in the front bay which we cleaned up and watching to make sure there are no leaks. Door hold open latch is broken know idea when but would like replaced. One window bracket that one of the latches goes through also broke. I know I am hundreds of miles from them but would like them to help me resolve these issues while I still have a warranty. I've brought my 2025 Class C in several times for repairs and recalls. This is my favorite Campers Inn on the East Coast. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and willing to explain everything. This last visit I had Matt as my technician and he was outstanding. I know when things aren't working correctly its so frustrating and this Campers Inn makes it so easy. I highly recommend them.

Service manager lied about a bunch of stuff. We took our Mercedes rv there after calling around they assured us they could fix it, turns out they said go back to Mercedes and it wasn’t a Mercedes issue! It was a camper issue! Wasted time and money! Not happy with their service department at all. 0/10 would never come back for anything ever.
