Campers Inn RV of Naperville

We had a great experience at the Camper and RV show in Rosemont when we came across a beautiful Sienna by Venture RV trailer. Jake with Campers Inn RV of Naperville was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make her our own. It was a great experience. We have been back to Campers Inn RV a few times since then, and their customer service across the board is top-notch. We even took a class about trailer safety a week ago. We are happy campers! 🤩

What a pleasure! Sue Thorpe was so great to work with. No high pressure sales, just patiently answered our millions of questions. The finance manager Noah was great too. Seamless process that didn't take too long at all. Finally, Tony walked us through all the ins and outs of our new Airstream and was so great at explaining everything. We had an easy time buying our new airstream. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our salesperson Scott Mattera was helpful with the whole process. Noah was good at helping finalize the paperwork process. The service department was helpful with the extras we wanted for the Airstream. They are a great team and work well together.

My recent RV purchase was a great overall experience. I found the Sales Team to be very knowledgeable about the product, and was very impressed when they did not hesitate to bring in the manufacture where necessary. I was able to work with other team members including those from Finance, Delivery, and Parts. All professionals! I would recommend them.

Sophia, Gus, Noah and Jeremy, along with new GM Bryce have made my purchase of my new Rockwood Roo AWESOME. The Support/Desk people have been great as well. They have been very responsive, helpful, fun and professional. I’m looking forward to working with this great team.
