Campers Inn RV of Tucker

We always enjoy excellent service from Campers Inn. We did a camper systems class this morning with RV Artie. He did a nice job of breaking down all the electrical and propane and charging, etc. just clarifying it for us newbies.

As a consumer and a business man, I am well aware of the parameters involved to sell a product. I say this because my experience with the sales department, service department, and finance department; notably Todd - GM, Marcus - Sales, Brett - Finance, and Chris - Service, was a very engaging and informative experience. These gentlemen made every effort to make my motorhome purchase a success. Now the caveat here is that you as a consumer have to educate yourself as much as possible relative to your purchase and what that purchase is worth to you. You have to be as much of a negotiator as those who are trying to get you to buy something. A synergistic relation was easily formed with the gentleman above. I had a bunch of questions and I bugged the credit manager, and I bugged the sales manager, and I bugged my salesman on many occasions. They all got back to me in a timely fashion and put up with my incessant questions until I was satisfied. When I got here, they gave me a full walk-through of the vehicle and it is in great shape and they were easy to deal with. Thank you.

Avoid Service here. I would give zero stars if I could. Their customer service is garbage. We had our RV serviced here and they found our propane tanks to be faulty, so they were being replaced by warranty. Well Grand Designed approved .2 hours for them to fill them with propane but Campers Inn submitted .4 so the dealership told us that the gas wasn’t covered. They never rectified the issue. Service advisor (Chris) told me to contact grand design, so I did and they told me the info about the hours submitted for payment. Then the manager Allen stated “don’t worry your tanks will be full when you get here even if I have to pay for it out of my pocket” when I picked the camper up, they didn’t greet me, make sure I was okay, and didn’t make sure the corrections were done. This place is a joke

Victoria was awesome as a sales lady. She really helped me out and helped me pick out the perfect RV for myself. This was my first camper so we talked for about two months off and on to where she did not BS me or try to scam me or anything weird lol she was very professional and very sharp. The finance manager was awesome as well. I really love these guys. They are a great team. They work very well to help get you in a vehicle at the right price with the right terms! Victoria, who I called Madame lady V really went to bat for me lol I’m just so happy with their services! Thank you guys so much for helping me through this journey! I 100% recommend them everyone ask for Victoria to help you purchase your camper!
