The best experience. Knowledgeable and courteous. JD found us the perfect camper van and Gary found us the perfect financing. The tech, Wolf taught us how to use everything and answered all our questions. 💯 This is the place to go. It really was an unbelievable experience.

We met with Cindy Cowling at Camping World. She assessed our needs and must haves, our budget and towability and showed us several campers that fit the bill. We settled on a Jayco Eagle mid bunk and we LOVE it. We also looked at another dealership at Forest River’s but there was no comparison. We are first time RV owners and had a lot to learn but Cindy was very patient and explained everything clearly. She got us EXACTLY what we wanted at the right price!

I had a great experience as a first time travel trailer buyer! Everyone was very helpful to take time with me and answer every question! Camping World made sure I was well taken care of and ready to use my camper safely! I have complete peace in my purchase and to use Camping World!

Waite was an excellent sales representative. He was very polite, welcoming, informative, and helpful with my RV search. I didn't end up purchasing an RV from Camping World only because I wanted to pay in cash & the additional fees would put me over budget. I was able to find a better deal through a private party. However, I will definitely keep Camping World in mind for future purposes.

Do not use this facility. There is no communication or anyone at this facility that knows what they are doing. My unit sat at the Benton facility almost 4 months for a new awning. Went back to pick up and the porch light was missing that no one knew anything about. Checked the RV and found hydraulic jacks were not working and was told a sensor needed replacing. After all this time the sensor still has not been replaced and I pulled the unit out for incompetence! Will never us again. If you check all the reviews you will see that only the Positive ones were addressed and not the negative ones. Which leads me to believe more care and training is definitely needed!!
