Camping World - Buford

We had such a great experience at Camper World in Buford, GA. We were welcomed in with smiling faces as soon as we walked through the door. Ron Ruberry is our salesman. We spent quite a while looking and deciding what we wanted. Ron never pressured us in anyway but was there with answers to every question. I had a set budget that I needed to stay in and he made it work to our favor. The entire staff from sales, financing, service and the RV Techs go above and beyond!

We had such a pleasant experience buying our camper at Camping World in Buford. Our sales person, Dylan Page was amazing! He was so kind and patient, and best of all he didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured. Bret was also a pleasure to work with for all our financing needs and questions!

Best experience at a dealership we have ever had. From the start our salesman Matthew Wade listened to exactly what we wanted and showed us several options until we found the perfect one. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest with us. Matthew Green in finance was also excellent in helping us with finance options and making sure we had all the details of our purchase and making sure we had everything we needed and asked for. Finally, PK in the service department was very helpful and knowledgeable as he showed us through our camper and how everything worked as well as installing our hitch. Overall if you are looking for a camper or RV Camping World Buford is the place to go!

Would have been one star, but I will admit that the two main individuals I have worked with at this camping world and at the Augusta Camping world were great to deal with for the most part. They were very nice, polite, seemed like they wanted to help. BUT... It has been a nightmare trying to get my camper sold through their consignment program. So I blame camping world as a whole. It took way longer than I was told. I got less money than originally discussed. I will agree that this blame can be placed on me as well for getting lured in with the tricks of a salesman (example: "If I dont get this sold in a couple months, I'm not doing my job") I should have taken the instant cash offer of $49k, instead I hoped for the $53k consignment offer but only got $45k once it finally sold 6 months la

I’ll admit, shopping for an RV is less daunting than shopping for a vehicle. However, if you’ve never done it before, then you hope you get a salesman with knowledge and patience. Unexpectedly, I found just that. Cash answered all of my questions, showed me several makes, and models of the size RV I was looking for, and did this without being pushy. When I had a question, he had an answer. I now know the difference between grey water, black water and how to tell if your water tank is full. I appreciate his knowledge and patience.
