Camping World - Caldwell

Front start to finish Camping World in Caldwell has exceeded my expectations! We all know they don’t have the best reputation across the nation but this one you need to trust! Gabe was awesome! He got my RV delivered from Washington, made sure I got good value on my trades and had my newly delivered 2025 RV looking brand new upon arrival. The customer service, sales, finance, service etc teams were all a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!

From the front door "greeter" to the service folks to the guys inspecting my trade to the walk- through to finance to the guys putting on the protection package down to the guy installing my batteries my overall experience was great. Started with sales, Frank, who was very communicative throughout the process and was great to work with. Overall impressed with the attitudes and professionalism of everyone I came in contact with. Great folks. 10+. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to swap out the new batteries out of my trade and they installed them in my new RV. Great job Camping World, Caldwell. I will recommend you to anyone in the RV market.

From the salesman (Jim Harris) to the finance person to the technician who helped, it was the best buy I have made. I have bought a lot of rv,’s through the years. The price was great and I would strongly recommend buying from Camping World - Caldwell.

We just bought our first 5th wheel. The buying experience was super easy. Went in to to look at one model but wasn't quite what I was looking for, and then after discussing needs and what I was looking for, we found this 31ft with bunk house that we saved from going off to auction. We are excited and cannot wait to take it out. Our salesman was amazing. He listened to what we wanted and found the perfect solution. Parts department was fantastic and have a wife range of accessories.

We purchased an RV from this camping world at the start of the summer 2025. The purchase process was painless and the delivery was very easy. We purchased a used 32 foot RV that we discovered after we took home the brake system was inoperative as were all the running lights. I have emailed once and called twice to get this worked on since we purchased a warranty with our RV. I have not been contacted at all. No return phone calls or emails to set up a time to fix these issues that I was told was not an issue when we purchased it but were issues when I drove home the first time.
