Camping World - Georgetown

We purchased a new travel trailer from Camping World Georgetown, and had a great experience. Our sales person Katelyn, was great. She made our purchase awesome! We changed our minds on delivery day, and they switched our camper and got it prepped quickly. Sam did our finance and was funny and helpful. We had a bad experience with the lady in service, but her negativity could not stop an overall positive review! The General Manager Ken, made time to include our child, made everyone laugh and made sure the purchase went perfect. My truck ended up with an electrical problem and Ken made sure we were happy and taken care of. We cannot say enough good about the staff at Camping World Georgetown!

Sarah really did a great job getting everything worked out so we could get the fifth wheel we wanted. Katelyn also is a great person to work with, showing us all the campers that we wanted to look at. We had a good experience with all that we worked with at Georgetown. Thanks for all the help.

I had a slide topper installed on my 2022 Coleman Rubicon travel trailer by the service shop at this location. Jason, a service scheduler, provided me with a convenient date for me to bring my unit in and wait while service technicians completed the installation. Charge was reasonable and the topper looks nice and seems to perform well. I enjoyed looking through the camping related items in the store and purchased another item I had been looking for. The employees I met were friendly and knowledgeable. A pleasant experience. I would consider using this service shop for future needs.

Had a great buying and service experience with this CampingWorld location. Beau was a great salesperson to work with as was Matt in the business office. We worked out a deal that fit our family's needs and budget. Everyone was polite and easy to deal with. The entire service staff were awesome with the walk-through and all our questions. They did a great job setting up not only the camper but also a weight distribution hitch for my truck, which I had requested. Chelsea at the store was incredible. She was so helpful getting the additional accessories I needed and extremely knowledgeable. Overall this was definitely a 5-Star experience.

I was not a fan of of Camping World after a past experience in Indianapolis IN. I then met Chad Halsey. He met all my requests for information with purpose and enthusiasm. He didn’t miss a call back or a text. He is an example of good customer service. Joseph M Steinem
