Camping World - Reno

4 years ago we purchased a used trailer from them. 6 months ago we found a trailer we liked but could not make a deal. 3 days ago we received an email offering a price reduction. On Monday I went in and made an offer. Mike Kelly was our sales rep and I asked for him He was off so I asked for him to call me. No calls today and I left 2 messages for him with the receptionist. I guess off season sales are good and they do not need my business. Oh well. The search goes on. Best of luck to clients trying to do business with them!

I went into Camping World at the end of June to look at toy haulers. I had totally already requested a build sheet and quote from another lot down the road, but wanted to go see what their options were. We were greeted when we walked in and promptly help by JP. We looked to see if they had anything on their lot that was within the specification I needed. Unfortunately we didn't really see anything available to view here locally. We spent about an hour in his office discussing what I wanted and what my limitations were. We were literally getting up and ready to leave when I decided to change the search parameters once again and see what popped up. Well low and behold a great deal was seen. This camping world really helped us out. We were on the road and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our solar system, and they managed to squeeze us in and diagnose us super quickly!! Great professional staff (thank you Craig and Justin!) very informative and didn’t mind all of my questions. They were very patient and informative every step of the way ~ and very generous with their time as well. Highly recommend this group for service!!

I'd like to acknowledge the parts department manager Scott and the service manager Tim for an awesome job of customer service. They had the best attitude and did everything they could to help me with a quick solution to my RV issue with the brakes. Basically, the next day after I came it was all done and I was able to continue my long trip. Great team, professional and fast. What else can you ask for?! Happy customer here.
