I love my RV I bought here! Had a hard time choosing but Paul & Manny helped me & my husband make the right decision I truly feel. We are absolutely in love with our RV!! Their inventory is impressive — from RVs to camping gear and accessories, they really have everything in one place. The showroom was clean and well organized, and the service department was professional and efficient. If you’re looking to upgrade your camping setup or start your RV journey, Camping World is definitely worth the visit. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience at the Roseville location today. I went with my friends to pick up their new 38' Jayco travel trailer. We received a thorough walk through of the new unit and the salesman Raj, was friendly, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The best part of our experience was our conversation with manager JD. We brought in a trade that was valued sight unseen and had a few more issues than we were aware of which resulted in a significantly lower trade in value. JD sat down with us and explained the issues and gave us the inspection report to review. JD was very personable and genuine. We were able to arrive at an agreement that worked for everyone. We're some Happy Campers from Santa Rosa!

I’ve been shopping at Camping World for years and have owned five trailers/RVs over time. I’ve always tried to support local businesses whenever I can. Recently, I had a tire blowout on my older trailer that caused some side damage. My insurance company (Allstate) recommended Camping World’s service department for repairs, so I brought it in for an estimate. The estimator was great — professional, friendly, and quick. He took photos, asked a few questions, and said he’d have the estimate ready soon. After several days with no update, I called back and was told they couldn’t find parts for my older trailer, meaning it might be totaled — which I completely understood. We just had a great experience purchasing a used Promaster van at Camping World. Nate helped us along the way ensuring the whole process went along smoothly. If you’re looking at picking something up from Camping World, Nate is your man! He drove our van on his way home to Emigrant Gap and back so it would have the miles to pass Smog to have ready on time. This guy goes above and beyond, answered the phone or got back to us right away and was willing to answer all our questions. Thanks for an amazing experience Nate and for getting us on the road!

Probably jumped the gun on getting an RV right now, but being told one thing and another thing happens, especially with financing is pushing the credibility. I'd rather be told up front instead of thinking everything is great, put a down payment and expect to be picking up a camper only to be told no. Really need to be honest with people, return their calls and you'll get better reviews. Seems a recurring thing here unfortunately. Update: One week later and still haven't refunded my 500 deposit. I have called, left messages, emailed, no response. Have I been ripped off???? Is it that hard to refund the money??
