Camping World RV Parts & Supplies

I called them to see if they had the parts I was looking for in stock and they did. I went there and loaded up my items then noticed that I had left my wallet at home 50 miles away, They allowed me to call my wife and get my card information and pay for my items since I was a elite member and Good Sam card holder. Wonderful people in Wilsonville Oregon.

General manager needs a reality check. Pulled up in a recreational vehicle (RV) to a store called RV world, first thing he does is berated his employee in front of us for no reason. Then told us his store had nothing we needed. At that point I decided it was best to leave (and get our refund) before getting in to a confrontation with such a small and useless man, who was also on his way to disrespecting we the customers but wisely stopped himself. Didn’t even get his name because he was that forgettable and ran away during our refund but that guy should be managing ONLY himself. If I walk in to your store (im going to other stores for my needs first anyway) and hear him talk that way again to people, it will be a different outcome

I've heard stories about Camping World, but NOT THIS LOCATION! I was passing through, had a RV issue, stopped hoping they had time for a little how to advice, and they did so much more. They fixed my issue within an hour or two, proactively matched the online price, and provided **superior** customer service. They were very welcoming, took the time to explain, and answered all of my questions. In 10 years of RV ownership, traveling coast to coast, this is by far the best experience I have EVER had!!!! I can't say enough about Kurtis and everyone at Camping World in Wilsonville. They all went well above and beyond to take care of my father in law during a very scary incident, when they really didn't have to. The kindness and concern they showed(and still do) speaks volumes about the people involved. If you're looking for anything in that realm, hit them up!!

I love this place. They always have everything I need. They had a pedestal stand for a dining room table, and I was making a custom table because mine broke. What I really wanted she actually knew. The sales girl sold us a leg that comes up and down. I didn't know the name of it but she was able to sell me all the parts I needed. So now I have a nice table. Still not quite done with the staining and shellac, but I really appreciate the store when people go above and beyond to help you.
