As an owner of two businesses, I insist on a fast, no bs purchase and am very picky and have the ability see right through a salesmans ways. From the second I met Mr. Simmons, I knew we were going to make a purchase. I told him we have one hour until we leave and find another place. Ken understood the assignment. He didnt waste any time, didnt try to talk my ear off and make a sale. He let me do my looking, adressed my concerns and he had my down payment in 45 minutes. We came back a week later with a few more requests. Ken personally handled my requests even as far as to help clean my unit himself. He was able to read me like a book and trusted my every word. Camping World of St George saved my trip! They were outstanding and I couldn't be more pleased with the service! As I was returning home to southern California from Salt Lake City, my hydraulic leveling system was beeping, blaring and performing emergency retract every few minutes. In a panic, I called Camping world of St George and was about 2 hours away. The service advisor told me that they were booked for the day but could schedule me for the next day. When I arrived in St. George around 2:30pm I decided to check in with the service department. The service adviser was wonderful and even though she was the only one working that day, she went above and beyond to try and help me. If you have a choice to go somewhere else I definitely would. My friend and I drove almost 5 hours from Ely Nevada to come here. Twice. We drove all this way and no one informed us of the paperwork we would need to turn in our trailer towards another one. Then before we were informed we would have to leave our trailer for a deposit and drive back here we came back to a trailer that had not been cleaned or fixed and ready for us to drive back. The staff literally lied to us and told us that they needed to order parts that they could have ordered on Monday when we initially came down. Not only that but the trailer was filthy and when we mentioned that it had not been cleaned the service lady looked me straight in the eyes and told me it had been. My wife and I went to Camping World on a limb to learn more about Campers,Rvs and all the specs about them. Jaxon was salesman, or should I say, our guide into everything glamping related. This guy was charismatic, natural, non pushy and overall down to earth with just being informative. Most places make you feel like you NEED to buy their product that day. I didnt feel that way ,I felt at ease, we had a great time learning about everything and feel way more comfortable with making a decision on where to go and who to go to when its time to make a purchase. Hank Hill said it best, "its good to have a go to guy for everything ". If you show up, ask for Jaxon!!!

Excellent service. Bought a 17 ft camper. Sales and parts dept. Were fantastic. Great service from finance dept too.
