I do not know where to begin. The sales experience began well, I found a Thor Motor Coach that was finally within my budget, 5 years old, very low milage, priced I feel appropriately. I will say I am not an RV expert however I grew up around them and camped a throughout my life. I decided to purchase through a larger chain with my thought I could have confidence in purchasing a preowned product that is in good condition. I am baffled at the service I received. The service department is inept, and not organized. Our salesman Steve (my mother started the processed as we purchased together) was good up until the moment we placed a deposit down ($8000 to boot), once that was completed, he disappeared and we never heard from him again. Started this RV purchase journey a couple months ago at Berkley location, I worked with someone there who couldn’t get a deal done. Joe from Boylston reached out on the same day the other guy said he couldn’t get me the numbers I wanted. Joe the numbers together on the same model, and was able to get the deal done. Actually got me into a 2025. So I went in, looked at the model, left a deposit and took it home this past Saturday. My interactions with Joe, Dakota, Melissa, Nate and Tony in finance were great. Everything went pretty smooth. They even cooked up some burgers and dogs for us to eat, because delivery day is a process and took some time. But start to finish this was a good buying experience. My husband and I had the best experience with everyone there. We went and looked around, and then we went to the rv show they had so many employees working we didn’t need to wait to talk to a sales person. We ended up buying the trailer of my dreams! We just went today to do a walk thru, and sign for it. Everyone from service, sales, parts department, finance was great! We bought our last trailer from another rv place. We will never go back to the other one. This place has our business for now on! Thank you everyone!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently bought a camper from Camping World West Boylston. The retail shop is excellent, and the retail manager is the most honest and helpful person there. The service manager, finance manager, sales manager, and Joe in sales were also great. My concerns are with the sales process. Communication felt rushed, and the $1500 prep fee didn’t feel worth it without a clear line-by-line breakdown. The walk-around was rushed too—someone interrupted to say the next appointment was waiting, which wasn’t professional. Overall still five stars, but I would appreciate if district or corporate management contacted me so I can share more and help improve the customer experience.

My experience in the beginning with campers world was very nice until I got my RV back after 2 1/2 months I get down to Florida to be on vacation and the rubber that they replaced on my steps is all off. I called up campus world to try to resolve this to get a refund And the best solution they had for me was To bring the RV back into the shop I am not going to be back anytime soon. I am in Florida. I had a few things replaced and fixed on this RV one was the TV. The TV never got adjusted to the steps. I had the AC unit fixed I had spent $7000 and they have no resolution for me to refund my money back just for the steps.
