Camping World - West Coxsackie

I bought a used 2017 forest river cardinal. I couldn’t say enough about how good Chad the salesman was. He has been so helpful throughout the entire process. I have had a few problems with the service department and one of the mechanics in the back that did a very bad job looking over the camper but Chad always came through and helped me out!

I found the exact teardrop camper I was looking for at camping world in West Coxsackie, New York. My sales person was Cody Ross. I learned all about the Camper remotely through pictures and through Cody because I live two hours away. He spent a lot of time on the phone with me and my friend answering questions. When he didn’t know the answer to a question he would find out from a technician and get back to us quickly. Once we settled on a price, he organized every aspect of the pick up including Inspection and finance. It was all in all a very positive experience working with Cody and the entire team. I would recommend shopping at camping world and working with Cody.

This is the absolute worsts dealership I’ve ever dealt with. We purchased brand new 5th wheel from them. It was delivered with warranty issues in wich it’s going on a year and it’s still not correct. They don’t return calls they lie and have no intention on making things right. A absolute joke of a rv dealer and should be shut down. I will be filing a law suit as they took 56000 dollars from me and never once offered any help in the warranty process. Nothing but lies I would rate a zero if I could

Went to purchase a washer and dryer and the female employee that first assisted us was nice but not helpful at all and had zero clue of what she was selling and supposed to be doing. When checking out she charged us for the wrong appliance and while we were loading our washer and dryer up she informed us that she charged us wrong. And then began to struggle to figure out how to return the money and charge us correctly. Overall the employees that helped seemed very lost and confused as if they’ve never worked their before.

We purchased a 2024 Impression during their March Expo. Sales was phenomenal. We worked Zachary Farr and he didn’t put any pressure on us and found what we were looking for. Finance was great the finance manager was sweet and knows her stuff. We did our walk through with a tech we found the jack was bent, the automatic leveling system was throwing a code and there was a stress crack by the outdoor outlet. So we kept the unit on site to be fixed. It was all warranty work. I know it takes forever for warranty work to be completed. I hadn’t heard any updates so may 8th I called and spoke with Jeremy. He said I got your paperwork and the unit is being pulled in tomorrow to get fixed. Great! Not bad timing right?! Fast forward to mid June, I called and left Jeremy multiple voicemails asking for
