I had a very professional experience! Although the work took a little longer than expected, the front office staff consistently kept me updated on the anticipated completion date. The organization of the shop was evident, and I could tell there was good communication among the team. When I picked up my car, it was spotless inside and out. The bodywork was impeccable, and they polished it to look like new. I was pleasantly surprised by this level of detail, which is a significant perk. Great job, Martinez Auto! I went in to get my rear bumper and trunk lid replaced and painted and not only did they take almost an extra week to repair it, my rear sensor is now going off at random and my right tail light is out and it was working perfectly fine beforehand!!! extremely displeased!!!
