Camps Touchfree Car Wash

Been three times this winter and every time the underbody spray hasn’t worked.. I reached out and of course they ignored me. I specifically get my car washed and pay extra for the underbody spray in the winter. If it isn’t working then the car wash shouldn’t be open. You are offering something and not providing it. EDIT: Don't blatantly lie in your reply. I've been THREE TIMES RECENTLY and the underbody spray did not work. I reached out via your website and got nothing. I've been here like 7 times in my life and it's very obvious the sprayers aren't working. They also didn't turn on for any car in front of me those 3 times.

Convient and easy to get to. We needed to convert our rolling margarita into a car and this place did it. Touch free will never remove all the dirt a touch wash will, but this one does a good enough job. Price was up there but you get multiple wash passes which allows the soap to more time to loosen surface dirt.

The wash did a terrible job. Not only was there still dirt remaining on my car from before the wash, but my car was also covered in soap after the wash process completed. My side mirrors were completely unusable. I paid for the $20 car wash, primarily for the undercarriage wash feature, but the undercarriage wash never fired. The whole experience was so bad that I had to go to another car wash to fix the issues that this one caused. I won't be going back to any Camps Car Wash location.

Paid for a car wash and no soap coming out of the wand. Sent a request for a credit that went unanswered. I understand machines falter but the lack of response is not appreciated.

I got a 5 wash pass on the touchless system for $80. Check the pictures of the “cleaning” service. Contacted the customer service sent pictures and I have no answer or my money back. So probably if you have a bigger car you will face the same problem.
