Usually had no issue with service when needed. Today I just lost it. Your on line shows 2 exhaust clamps in stock for 2 different sizes. I checked the shelf. I didn’t find any of it. I went to service counter one customer was there trying to get a battery exchanged. They had one kid at the counter showing another one how to do the exchange. This is taking a while, while a third one leaning against the wall to the back storage section playing on his phone. I was asked what I needed. I told them I just need an answer about the exhaust clamp that is suppose to be in stock. He said to hold on a minute. During that time a fourth kid walked by went outside and then came back stood next to the leaning against the wall and started to check his phone for a few minutes then the two went back in the

Dont go here for service. Zero customer service. Manager James wont return call or deal with the situation. Failed my inspection, but had a month to fix the issues. They knowingly and deliberately never ordered the parts. Then tried to charge me for a second inspection. Gave me a run around and then blamed me for it taking longer. Now I am paying for two inspections. Just the second one wont be with them. Contacting my credit card company and putting in a complaint today...last straw.

Awful experience. No help here! Was in today and waited over 25 mins for someone to open electronics cabinet. After saying they'd return to help me they never did and couldn't find anyone else. Total waste of time. Never got the power bank I went in for so dropped my other item and walked out. Definitely won't be back again.

NEVER GO THERE FOR YOUR VEHICLE REPAIR!! completely screwed me over , charged me 902.08 for a fuel pump . The code read manifold! And they tryed erasing it with the scaner without telling me , let me take the car when it wasnt fixed and it broke down stalled out a few blocks down!!

This is a nice store. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This was my first time in Canadian Tire, and I was impressed by the array of products they sell. In addition to automotive parts, this store has lights, gardening supplies, and hardware tools for sale. I bought a Bosch windshield wiper from here which has worked fantastically for me so far. The only downside to this wonderful store is that they don’t take Discover cards, but that’s okay. I gave this store five stars because it has a great selection of high quality products.
