I was fortunate enough to have Scott wait on me back in October of this year about a tire warranty issue. He apparently got in touch with the manufacturer and got 100% warrant coverage for my splitting tires which I was not aware of but figured he had because he hadn't got in touch with me since then. Last week I get a phone call from Aaron and was told by email that I owed 900 + dollars for the new tires. Which turned into 2 other emails with math corrections. I wasn't going to put a review but as I sat thinking I remember the last phone conversation when he said "You know you wouldn't get 100% coverage cause I don't know of anyone who ever received 100% back from warranty". Well low and behold as I insisted that I get copies of what was sent from the tire manufacturer I get an email

The best service I have ever experienced. Not only did they stay open late to help take a screw out of my tire and patch it up, but they didn't even charge me. I was told by another shop I would need to spend over $1,000.00 on 4 new tires just an hour prior. Staff was incredibly friendly, professional & helpful. Will 100% be back for anything I need done to my vehicle in the future. Trustworthy team, knowledgeable, and solved the issue quickly without cutting corners. They really turned a stressful day around. Thank you all for your assistance! Very satisfied.

I was in dire need of winter tires, I called in and they gave me two options that were in stock and provided the total price taxes in. They had the size I needed, in stock and were able to get me in the very next day to put the tires on for me. Great experience!

I called them up in the morning because I'd seen a small bulge on my tire and they fit me in a couple of hours later. I was worried about this being a major expense/hassle and I was so pleased (and relieved!) that it wasn't. They checked all the tires and told me it was fine to replace just the damaged one, no upselling, gave me two different options and prices. They were honest with me that the cheaper option would work just as well as the more expensive one, and then had us out of there in about 30 minutes. I looked up the tire price later for comparison and it was a full $70+ cheaper at Heritage than if I'd gone to Can Tire! I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

People there are friendly and the job is done fast and my new rims and tires are looking great will go there again
