Canadian Tire

Well, what a great experience I had with Pauline, she was outstanding, I bought a closet from clearance marked as “package“. Unfortunately, the hardware was missing. So as I came back to discuss, Pauline was very attentive and went out of her way to help resolve the situation. She could have said that this is an “AS IS” item and she would have been right. However, she understands customer satisfaction very well, and it was obvious that she wanted to help. Cutting the story short, she managed to arrange for a set of hardware and all is in order now. Thank you Pauline, that was a great service. Going the extra mile is what creates loyal customers.

I was shopping for a scotch tape. I was in a hurry, grabbed the wrong one(had sticky sides on both sides. I did not know that, however I went to a staff and asked him if there is a wider one. First thing he tells me is "do i need both sides to be sticky?" IS that what this is ? No i dont need it. I didn't fond the tape I wanted but he saved me a lot 9f headaches. Thanks..l

Just bought a ninja woodfire flex flame bbq. Got is home and assembled it in a few short hours. Had a issue with the glue from about a million stickers leaving glue. NOT canadian tire issue. Once removing glue tried to fire up and would not get over 150 deg. Thought maybe vapor lock but no. Tried second tank but no. Found the dial slightly offset from off position,most likely the cause. So I called the store to see what they can do. They said they could exchange it. My issue is that I spent time assembling is and cleaning the glue off along with paying gull price not a sale price. I asked if they could do something for me. Possibly a percentage off as I would have to assemble or new one. My complaint is customer service! ' THE KEY! THE KEY!' That service boy yelling me so loudly about the washroom key, when I ask how I can use washroom. So anybody should know where this Canadian Tire 's washroom key is, right? That yelling make me so nervous. And also, they just have ladies room on working, after I failed to open men's room and ask again. I'm not working here, how can I know such thing immediately? Canadian Tire lost its service such more these years. Expensive of the prices and such low service, how long would this business go? I had a plan to buy some 12gr cartridges here but not today now, I buy them on Amazon.
